Everyday jewellery, taken seriously
Shyné by Safa is a demi-fine label from Lahore. Small batches, hand-finished, honestly plated — and priced for the woman who actually wears it, not for the woman who saves it.
Why we started
There were two options. Neither was any good.
On one side, jewellery cheap enough to buy without thinking and bad enough that it turned a wrist green by the second week. On the other, fine jewellery you take out of a box twice a year and put back.
Nothing sat in the middle: something you could put on every morning without a decision, that still looked like it cost something by Friday. So we built it — brass and stainless steel bases, 18k gold and rhodium plating, real weight in the hand, and a price that assumes you will wear it rather than store it.
Priced for the woman who wears it, not the one who saves it.

Designed in proportion
Every piece is drawn against the others it will be worn with. A hoop is sized to sit under a chain; a stacking ring is weighted so three of them read as one deliberate choice rather than three separate decisions. That is why the collection layers — it was designed to, not sorted into it afterwards.
Made in small batches
Runs are small — tens, not thousands. It costs more per piece and it means restocks are irregular, but it lets us drop a design that isn't working instead of selling through a warehouse of it. Slight variation between pieces is the process showing, not a fault.
Finished and checked by hand
Every clasp is opened and closed, every stone is pressed, every plated surface is inspected under light before it is boxed. It is the least glamorous part of the work and the one that decides whether a piece is still being worn in two years.

Everything is designed, checked and packed here in Lahore, and posted nationwide in a box that can go straight to whoever it is for. If a clasp fails or a plating lifts sooner than it should, tell us — we would rather know than have you quietly stop wearing it.
