The short version: we collect what an order needs, we don't sell it, and you can have it deleted by asking.

What we collect
- To fulfil an order: your name, delivery address, phone number and email.
- If you contact us: whatever you put in the message, plus the address you sent it from.
- If you join the list: your email address, until you unsubscribe.
- Automatically: basic analytics about pages visited. No profiles are built and nothing is tied to your name.
What we don't collect
We never see or store your card details — payment is handled by the provider, and your basket is stored only in your own browser until you check out.
Who we share it with
Only the couriers who deliver your parcel and the payment provider who processes your payment, and only the fields they need to do it. We do not sell, rent or trade your data to anyone, for any price.
How long we keep it
Order records are kept for as long as tax and accounting rules require. Marketing emails stop the moment you unsubscribe. Contact messages are deleted once the matter is closed.
Your choices
Email hello@shynebysafa.com to see what we hold on you, correct it, or have it deleted. Ask and we do it — you do not need to give a reason.
Cookies
We use only what the site needs to function — remembering your basket between visits — plus anonymous analytics. Clearing your browser storage removes all of it, including your saved basket.
