The rules that apply when you order from us. Written to be read rather than to be skipped.

Orders
An order is an offer to buy, and it is accepted when we confirm it. Because runs are small, we may occasionally have to decline an order for a piece that sold out between your checkout and our packing table. If that happens you are refunded in full, immediately.
Pricing
All prices are in Pakistani Rupees and include applicable taxes. Delivery is added separately where it applies. If a piece is listed at an obviously wrong price — a decimal in the wrong place — we will contact you before charging rather than silently cancelling.
Stock and descriptions
Pieces are hand-finished, so slight variation from the photograph is normal. Screens also render metal tone differently. We describe materials and platings honestly; where a description is unclear, ask before ordering and we will tell you.
Returns

Liability
Our responsibility is limited to the value of the order. Damage from misuse, or from wear against the care guidance, is not covered. Nothing here limits rights you have under Pakistani consumer law.

Photography, copy and designs on this site belong to Shyné by Safa. Please don’t reuse them commercially without asking; ask and we usually say yes.
Changes
These terms may be updated. The date above always reflects the current version, and the terms that apply to your order are the ones in force when you placed it.
