Shipping & Delivery
Everything is packed and posted from Lahore. Here is exactly what happens between your order and your door.

Dispatch
Orders are checked, polished and packed within 2–3 working days. Pieces are made in small batches and each one is inspected by hand before it is boxed, which is what those days are for. You’ll get a tracking number by email and WhatsApp the moment it leaves us.
Delivery times
- Lahore: 1–2 working days after dispatch.
- Karachi, Islamabad and other major cities: 2–3 working days.
- Everywhere else in Pakistan: 3–4 working days.
Charges
Delivery is free on orders over Rs 2,000. Below that, a flat courier charge is added and shown before you confirm — there is never a fee that appears only after payment.
Packaging
Every order ships in a branded box with a polishing cloth and a storage pouch, so it can go straight to whoever it is for. If it’s a gift, say so when you order and we’ll leave the invoice out.
International
We ship worldwide on request. Rates and timings depend on the destination, so message us on WhatsApp with your address before ordering and we’ll quote you properly. Any customs duty at the destination is the recipient’s to pay.
Something went wrong
If tracking has not moved for three working days, or a parcel is marked delivered and isn’t with you, message us on WhatsApp. We chase the courier ourselves rather than sending you to do it.
